SHE is hiring compassionate professionals to join a growing team in and nearby areas. Explore these open roles:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide skilled nursing care, wound treatment, and health monitoring for seniors at home. Must be licensed in the state of Virginia.

Medical Social Worker

Help families navigate emotional, financial, and care-related decisions. Must be credentialed and experienced in healthcare or senior services.

Physical Therapist (PT)

Deliver in-home physical therapy to help seniors regain strength, balance, and mobility after surgery or illness. State licensure required.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Support daily functional recovery for seniors through personalized occupational therapy plans. Experience with in-home care preferred.

Speech Therapist

Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for seniors receiving in-home care. State licensure and experience in a clinical or home health setting required.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist seniors with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support, under the supervision of a registered nurse. Must hold a valid CNA certification in the state of Virginia.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to seniors in the comfort of their homes, including assistance with daily living activities and light household tasks. HHA certification required.

Business Development Manager

Drive growth by building referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to connect seniors with our home care services. Experience in healthcare sales or senior services strongly preferred.
